Use this form to make a one time donation to Fayette County Animal Rescue. Whether making a donation for general expenses, paying an adoption fee or donating in memory or honor or someone. Complete the form and when you hit Submit it will take you directly to Paypal where you can donate via Paypal or credit card.

Use this form to make a recurring, monthly donation to Fayette County Animal Rescue. Complete the form and when you hit Submit it will take you directly to Paypal where you can donate via Paypal.

Use this form to sponsor an animal at FCAR. You can select between a full sponsorship ($45/month) or partial sponsorship ($22.50/month). Complete the form and when you hit Submit it will take you directly to Paypal where you can donate via Paypal or credit card.

If you are interested in adopting an animal from FCAR, please complete this online application form. Your information will be emailed directly to us and we will review your submission and contact you shortly. Please be sure to provide all of the information requested for faster processing.
Adoption Application - Print
If you are interested in adopting an animal from FCAR, but are unable to complete the form online, you can print this appliction form. You can bring your completed application to an adoption event or appointment, fax it to us at 901/854-2202 or email it to us at fayettefcar@hotmail.com. Please be sure to provide all of the information requested for faster processing.
Prior to completing the adoption we will ask that you sign our Adoption Contract. You can review the contract in advance here.
If you are interested in fostering an animal for FCAR, please complete this form. Our foster coordinator will revew your information and contact you shortly.
PEOPLE FORMS
If you are interested in volunteering for FCAR, please complete this form. Provide as much information as possible on your availability and areas of interest. Our volunteer coordinator will contact you shortly.
